At Pilot Coffee Roasters, I had the joy (and occasional chaos) of shaping the brand across every touchpoint — from packaging and e-commerce to digital campaigns and in-store moments. It was a fast, scrappy chapter, especially navigating pandemic-era supply chain curveballs, but we moved quickly while staying consistent and true to the brand.
I led the creative end to end: setting direction, refining the work, and making sure every detail felt intentional and aligned with the bigger picture. Partnering closely with marketing, I helped bring gifting and limited-edition programs to life that sparked excitement and drove growth across retail, online, and wholesale. Behind the scenes, I focused on elevating our standards and streamlining how we worked, building a collaborative, energized team culture where strong ideas could thrive.
